- All product purchases from this website are for Professional use only.
- All products and product information available on this web site are intended for qualified professional eyelash technicians and beauty therapists and are for sale to qualified professionals in the beauty industry only.
- Customers must be competent in using the products sold on this website and hold a recognised and current qualification in the application of individual eyelash extensions.
- Cheryl Cole Lashes (a trading name of Therapy Masters Ltd) will not be held responsible for any injury or damages from unqualified users of our products.
- We reserve the right to ask for proof of professional status and a suitable eyelash extension qualification, you can register on our site as an authorised therapist, click here.
- We reserve the right to refuse the order if we believe the person not to be a competent professional.
- As a therapist, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are insured for products that you are using.
- Our products are not intended for sale to members of the general public.
- By continuing with your order you are confirming that you understand and comply with the above terms and conditions for product purchase.
- We endeavour to post orders within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and stock allowing.

Our Training Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment Terms
- Cheryl Cole Lashes will not confirm any bookings until the training deposit has been paid, agreed dates will be held for 7 days from booking to allow for the deposit to be paid.
- All invoices are payable 14 calendar days prior to the start of the training course.
- Cheryl Cole Lashes reserves the right to refuse attendance on a course if full payment (cleared funds) have not been received prior to the start of the course.
- Training material or access to training content will only be despatched and/or made available only after Cheryl Cole Lashes has received payment in full.
Cancellation
- All cancellation and amendments from the student must be received in writing or by email and acknowledged by Cheryl Cole Lashes.
- Receipt of cancellation notices must be received by Cheryl Cole Lashes 14 calendar days prior to the start of the course.
- All deposits paid are non-refundable.
- If for whatever reason an event is cancelled by the student, the
following refunds will apply if payment has been received in full:
- Cancellation of booking giving the minimum notice as above prior to the start of a scheduled booking: 75% refund (Alternatively the bookings can be rescheduled at this stage at no extra cost).
- Cancellation of booking up to 7 days prior to the start of a scheduled booking: 50% refund.
- Cancellation of bookings within 7 days: No refund.
- If a booking is cancelled by the student, within the designated period and where payment has not been received, the amount outstanding as per the above terms and conditions will be due by the customer.
Change of Dates
- If the student transfers a booking to a new date within the
notice period as above (14 calendar days), the following charges
will apply:
- The first transfer may be made free of charge.
- The second transfer will be charged at £20.00, which must be paid prior to attendance.
- All subsequent transfers will be treated as cancellations, and the full course fee will remain payable.
- All transfers requested outside the notice period as above will be treated as cancellations, and the full course fee will remain payable.
General
- All students must arrive at the advised training venue 10 minutes prior to the class start time to allow for registration. Cheryl Cole Lashes reserve the right to refuse admittance to a class if a delegate is more than 30 minutes late.
- Cheryl Cole Lashes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any courses.
- All deposits paid for training are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The student making the booking has the authorised capacity to commit to the booking. Payment of the deposit will form a legally binding agreement between the student and Cheryl Cole Lashes.
- The training contract shall in all respects be governed by English Law and shall be deemed to have been made in England and the student and Cheryl Cole Lashes agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Cheryl Cole Lashes are not in any way connected to the singer of the same name, and you agree not to misrepresent our brand.
- It is important to inform Cheryl Cole Lashes of any medical or health issues that we should be aware of, or that may affect your training. To include any medications that affect you or if you are currently receiving any medical treatments for any medical conditions. This is to ensure that the course is suitable for you and to ensure we are able to meet the needs of all of our students.
- By paying the deposit you are confirming that you are medically and physically fit to undertake the training.
- For health and safety reasons, please can you wear closed in shoes, no jewellery (except wedding band or symbolic pieces) and ensure that you have tight fitting sleeves or that the sleeves finish above the elbows, or ideally wear a therapist uniform.
